New authorizations from Customs Authorities in Genoa
We are pleased to inform that we have new warehouses in Genoa (Italy) which has obtained the following authorizations from the Customs Authorities:
- Approved Place (Customs approved place for temporary storage and transit)
- Temporary storage (for non-Union goods that are introduced into the Italian customs territory, from the moment they arrive and are presented to customs until they are placed under a customs procedure or re-exported)
- Authorized consignee (authorization to receive goods under transit procedure – T1 – without presenting them to the customs office of destination)
- Known consignor (authorization to carry out transit operations – T1 – without presenting the goods at the customs office of departure)
These authorizations allow considerable savings in terms of time and costs on import procedures, favoring a rapid withdrawal of containers from the Port of Genoa, for subsequent customs formalities (and deconsolidation services when required) directly at the warehouses.
Our import groupage services take full advantage of these simplifications and allow the forwarding of goods in transit to any foreign country.
The Franzosini Monaco Sarl team remains available for any further information or quote relating to the services offered.
